For my graduation project, I am making a picture book for young children who have just gotten a diagnosis of tics or Gilles de la Tourette, or children who know someone with tics or Gilles de la Tourette. In my book, I will explain what tics are and what they feel like using a metaphor of falling/shooting stars.
